I purchased my hot tub from a different supplier but this did not stop Ali providing me with excellent customer service when I called today. She was helpful, patient and very knowledgable. She answered all my questions , offered advice and talked me through a process that has sorted the problem I was having with the water in the hot tub. I placed an order straight away and I will 100% be using AA Hot Tubs for any future chemical orders and annual servicing. Top notch customer service :)

Had my hot tub installed a week ago. Fantastic friendly service without the pushy sales pressure. We were guided through the choices allowing us to select the hot tub most suited to our family needs. Post installation support is excellent and nothing is too much for either Ali or Andy who happy to go over instructions to ensure the good condition of the tub is maintained.

If you need a hot tub then AA Hot Tubs should be your first and only place to go. They are first class leaving all others in their wake. I could not recommend them more highly.

When we’d made the decision to buy an hot tub AA HotTubs was the company we were going to choose. We’d previously contacted them when we’d experienced a chemical problem with our inflatable one. Alison had been extremely helpful & friendly. Their customer service is impeccable, Andy & Alison’s knowledge made our decision easy to choose the right model for us, we were even able to go test them one evening. Their new larger showroom makes it possible to view a variety of models. From viewing to installation we can’t recommend them enough, definitely an ‘AA’ service!

From start to finish I had amazing and professionalism from both Andy and Alison, I had my hot tub installed yesterday and I’m love with it, nothing is to much trouble and the after care is spot on, would definitely recommend you buying from these guys

I have nothing but nice things to say about this company. Right from the get go they were the most helpful and forthcoming when I was looking for advice and quotes. Even with the showroom closed due to Covid 19 they made sure I had enough pictures of options and rang me to go through them all. They kept me informed every step of the way on delivery dates and despite the very tight gate and angle they made sure they got it through, even drilling off an old gate post that we forgot about. All very friendly and professional, set up hot tub, the lift wouldn't fit due to speakers and the position so they came back the very next day with a different one. Talked us through all the chemicals, provided us with a starter kit and will be back in a couple of weeks again to check. First empty and clean is included in price and they said they will show us step by step how to do this so we can do ourselves or we can arrange for them to come with various options on costs. All I can say is wow, fantastic service and the icing on the cake is my awesome shiny new hot tub. Thank you so much x

Alison has just left us at 10pm at night! Absolutely fantastic service from both Alison and Andy! Having just inherited a hot tub with our new house we were complete novices! 3hrs later with the help from them both we both feel so much more confident about using and the upkeep of our new hot tub! I would recommend AA Hot Tub Sales to everyone. I am a first time tub owner and lost all power to my tub. Andy took the time to take me through the workings of the tub over the phone and how to diagnose the possible underlying problems. He supplied me with spare fuses and showed me much more about powering the different components. He didn't charge me anything for his time or minor parts, there were companies who wanted £95 for a call out alone. The tub is now fully working and this is down to Andy and Ali at AA Hot Tubs, I'll definitely be using them again.

We came across AA Hot Tubs by recommendation and from walking into the showroom we could definitely see why. Alison made us feel very welcoming and nothing was too much trouble for my daughters, she even opened up for us when they had just shut for the day. From start to finish our experience has been amazing and you wouldn’t get the aftercare you receive from them anywhere else. They are always at the other end of the phone if I need them.
I would definitely recommend AA Hot Tubs. Alison and Andy are absolutely brilliant.
I now can’t get my 2 little girls out the hot tub 😂
